I have recently been on holiday to Altinkum for the first time in 2yrs and have decided to write to Didim Today to express my overall view of my holiday. I travelled over to Altinkum with my family; I took my 2 and a half old daughter and my 4yr nephew as part of our party. During our stay in Altinkum I have to say I was very impressed with the amount of activities/ entertainment they now have for children, firstly it was noticed by ourselves the number of restaurants that now that play facilities such as small slides, climbing frames and even bouncy castles etc and a number of restaurants also have playgrounds where you can sit and what the children play.

It was also noted how helpful and accommodating the staff were at these restaurant, I visited a restaurant on 3rd that offered to put up there bouncy castle for our use and was very accommodating, they also had a play area that was very visible from where we were sitting, they also informed us of a children night that they are now holding on a Wednesday night so we went along this was very entertaining for the children and had the use of the bouncy castle, face painting and children’s disco. They even have a transport service to pick you up and drop you home if required.

Another night we attend the BBQ night on 2nd beach, they had good entertainment on with lots of dancing to entertain the whole party, a pool table, also offered the children buckets and spades so they could go and play on the beach and we could sit and enjoy our meal whilst watching them on the beach. We visited a few restaurants between 3rd, 2nd and 1st beach that had small climbing frames and slides, they were very aware of the children in the party and either sat us near the play equipment of even moved it over to us. We visited Yesilkent 2nd beach and had lunch in a restaurant they even had things for the children to play with including a pool table, trampoline and table football.

This is to name a few the list can go on and on. Altinkum itself has come a long way in supply family entertainment and I would now say it has a lot to offer for families holidaying in Altinkum Turkey. Other than the restaurants now offering things for the children there are many other things going on. 3rd beach was amazing near Altinkum Marina and certainly willing to visit next year or soon because Altinkum 3rd beach was very relaxing and out of way for families on holiday.

By the way many restaurants offers free car service which is very useful to holiday makers in Altinkum Turkey. Altinkum has the fun fair, Aqua Park just outside, horse and cart rides, camel rides and there is now an area between 2nd and 1st beach will little coin rides, trampolines, bouncy castles and many other bits, all being offered at very reasonable prices, in my opinion Overall I would have to say I am very impressed with the changes over the 2yrs and would highly recommend Altinkum if you are looking for a family holiday that is reasonably price with fun filled things for the family to do.
